Act 181 and Future Land Use Presentation

Lunenburg Planning Committee will host Cathlin Lord from NVDA for a presentation on Act 181 and the new land use categories on October 23
At our October Planning Committee (October 23) Cathlin Lord from NVDA will be doing a presentation that includes an overview of Act 181 and all of the new land use categories (the overhaul of Act250 which directs Regional Planning Commissions to draft Future Land Use Plan Maps for their Regions), and the village center designation program. And then will dive into the specifics of Lunenburg's portion of NVDA’s regional FLU (Future Land Use) map.
